- 5 / 5By Seth LevyThe high quality food could easily be confused with a dish from one of the up valley resorts but with the laid back atmosphere and locals hospitality you can only find in a small town like Gypsum. If that weren't enough, the proceeds go to an amazing cause that helps locals out. An added bonus is that they're the only restaurant I've found in the county that allows you to bring your own bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner.November 09, 2016
